Lily and Irene were so fantastic with communicating and keeping us updated with any changes. I had a friend book almost the exact same trip but the hotels that Your Vietnam Travel chose were superb and in particular the locations. We were able to walk to all the places of interest we wanted to see in Hanoi, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. All of the transfers were really great and all the tours operators at the locations fantastic. Lily and Irene made our holiday to Vietnam a memorable one.

The trip was organized for 5 members of the family, over 13 days in Vietnam. Dave was our tour coordinator and he was excellent!!!! He customized and offered options to choose from variety of activities at 5 different cities throughout Vietnam. He didn’t miss a beat on anything from internal flights to picking us up from airports to tour guides being on time. He was always available for any questions. I had to call him once at 5am to clarify something and he was available right away. He is an excellent tour coordinator and Your Vietnam Travel gave us a lifetime of memories!! I highly recommend this agency!
