2. Domestic flights and regional flights within Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand, as indicated in the itinerary, are usually included in the tour price.
Alternatively, guests may choose to arrange their own flights if preferred.

3. Tours can be designed to start from different cities depending on your international flight routing.
Guests may choose to begin their journey in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, or other regional gateways such as Laos, Cambodia, or Thailand, based on flight availability and cost.

We recommend checking international flight options to see which entry point offers the most convenient or cost-effective routing. Your Vietnam Travel will then adjust the itinerary accordingly to ensure a smooth and logical travel flow.

1. Your Vietnam Travel carefully selects 3-star, 4-star, 5-star, and 5-star-plus hotels, prioritizing good locations, strong reviews, and consistent service quality. Accommodation choices are always tailored to your budget and travel preferences. If you already have a preferred hotel list, we can:

• Provide a tour price excluding accommodation, or
• Include accommodation based on your selected hotels.

2. Please note that in historic city centers such as Hanoi Old Quarter or central areas of Ho Chi Minh City, hotels often focus on location rather than room size. As a result, standard or lower-category rooms may feature internal windows or limited natural light, while rooms with external views or larger layouts are typically available in higher room categories at additional cost.

3. For special occasions such as birthdays, honeymoons, or wedding anniversaries, we are happy to assist with room decoration and special arrangements at no additional charge, whenever possible.
